All Provider

(Also referred to as Any Doc or Classic plans)

An All Provider plan is a simple health policy with a regular deductible and coinsurance. An All Provider plan allows you to use any doctor or hospital you wish unlike a PPO plan. The disadvantage to an All Provider plan opposed to a PPO is that your premiums are a little higher, and often times you do not receive all of the "perks" you get with a PPO.
An All Provider plan is a good choice if there are not many doctors in the network, or the doctors you usually use are not in the network. (Unless you are willing to change to the doctors that are in the network.)
